Sons of Beaches, Music & Lyrics - Bo Calloway ©2026, All Rights Reserved

“Sons of Beaches” was inspired by those laid-back coastal characters who seem to have life figured out—not because they have a perfect plan, but because they know where they belong. They’re the barefoot regulars with a cold drink in hand, an old boat waiting by the water, and their names practically carved into their favorite barstools.

The song celebrates the friendships formed at those weathered little beach bars where everyone has a different story, but nobody stays a stranger for long. When the sun goes down and the tiki lights come on, the worries of the outside world fade beneath the sound of laughter, music, and waves rolling onto the shore.

At its heart, “Sons of Beaches” is about finding your people and your place. It’s for the beach bums, boaters, bartenders, rule-breakers, and saltwater souls who measure time by tides instead of clocks. They may make a few questionable decisions and occasionally blame the waves when the night gets out of hand—but they’ll always be right there at the bar, never wandering too far from the sand, the sea, and each other.

“We may wander with the tide, but we’re never too far from good friends, cold drinks, and the place we call home.” - Bo
